Change management

Change management is the latest addition to the integrated Klick product introduced in 2007. The new functionality allows project managers to catch issues which result in a change and ensure a continuous loop until their impact is assessed and they are resolved through the creation of tasks.

This module within the integrated Klick system provides:

• Impact assessment for management of the commercial impact of issues.
• Auto generation of tasks so that feedback can swiftly be obtained from the relevant teams and users.
• A summary of the expected impacts on time, cost and other risk element.
• Supplier records, so that important supplier information is always readily accessible.

Klick, with integrated change management, can be used to manage wide-ranging and complex projects.
