Risk management

The risk management module incorporated within Klick provides a robust means to monitor and mitigate risks within a single, neat solution, for handling: objectives, goals, risk plans, hazards, issues, control measures and tasks. Experience from projects is shared not lost – knowledge gained is taken forward for use in future projects.

Klick from WMS allows Project Managers and users to:

• Manage project objectives assigning objectives as goals.
• Add and edit Risk Plans assigning ownership, enabling delegation and linking to external documents
• Add and edit Risk Forms linking issues to hazards in the risk log and hazards to issues in the Issue Resolution Log
• Prioritise hazards and monitor risk levels
• Manage control measures and tasks
• Conduct end of project reviews to identify project highlights and hotspots, effectiveness of processes, training needs and opportunities
